Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (£4.99 or free on orders over £50)

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (£8.99)

  • Next Day Delivery: Next business day (£12.99) – orders must be placed by 2 PM GMT

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your package using the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

  • Report delays, damage, or lost packages within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • For damaged items, please take photos of the packaging and product before discarding any materials.

Undeliverable Orders

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Holiday Shipping

  • During peak seasons (November–December), processing and delivery times may be extended. Please order early for Christmas delivery.
